Selecting your preferred builder is a crucial decision in your new home journey. To find the right fit for you, start by reviewing their track record and approach, the types of homes and plans they offer, and pricing. Once you’ve narrowed down your search to two or three potential partners, pick up the phone and make contact. You’ll quickly get a sense of whether they’re the right partner to realise your vision.
Yes. We’ve carefully selected premium and reputable builders, who specialise in delivering high quality homes fit for local conditions. You can trust that you’ll be in excellent hands with any of our build partners.
Most likely – yes. This is something you’ll need to discuss with your preferred build partner, as customisation may add an additional layer of cost to the budget. Most builders offer a degree of choice within their plans, as everybody wants a home that’s special to them.
Most of our build partners are registered Master Builders[SW3] , meaning their homes come standard with a 10 year Master Build Guarantee. This covers materials, workmanship and structural defects for up to 10 years, as well as protection against loss of deposit or non-completion. Ask your build partner for specific details on what they cover. The Hamptons or its developer Urban Estates are not liable for any warrantees or issues with your home.
This will depend on the build partner you choose, your plan, and any customisation you request. Generally, it takes about XX – XX months from the time you sign the build contract to the day you get to move in.
Most definitely. If you have an iconic home in mind and a builder you would like to use, you are free to do so. You will be responsible for ensuring they follow our design guidelines, so that all homes created at The Hamptons meet the same exceptional standard of quality and design.
